Pistol Supremacy 3

Only for the adept, or those who've gone through our Pistol Class 1 & 2. Complex maneuvers introduce elements of risk to the classroom such as target dissemination and timed shots.

2-Day Carbine/Pistol

Carbine
Carbine I will start your journey learning to operate the weapon. An emphasis on developing good safety habits and and positive weapon control. Finishing with a stress-inducing course.
Pistol
Following on from your Carbine class, you will learn to operate your pistol using the same principles as your carbine. You will then learn about transitioning safely from carbine to pistol and back again.

Carbine Class Level 1 & 2

LEVEL 1
Carbine I will start your journey learning to operate the weapon. An emphasis on developing good safety habits and and positive weapon control.
LEVEL 2
Following on from your Carbine Level I class, you will begin to move and shoot while operating your weapon in a safe manner. You will learn about firing from cover, and establish good shooting habits that promote accuracy.

Advanced Carbine/Pistol

LEVEL 1
Emphasis is placed on movement to and from cover while firing both weapons, using various positions, employing multiple structures, and engaging multiple targets in a variety of situations. Students will be tested using the U.S. Special Forces Critical Tasks Evaluation Test.

Night/Low-Light Class
05:00 PM - 9:30 PM, 23rd Nov, 2024
Statistically, most self-defense engagements will happen in low-light conditions. Firing your weapon in these conditions is much different and needs to be practiced. Using the evening and approaching night, shooters will slowly acclimate to the decreased visibility. Night Vision Welcome!

CARBINE CLASSES
The carbine rifle was originally developed to supply military field team leaders with a smaller, more compact rifle so they could carry out other tasks while not having to lug around a full-sized battle rifle.
Carbine Rifle Classes are the go-to place to start upgrading your personal defense skills. A carbine is the best compromise between range and power. It's smaller form factor also allows quick follow-up shots and maneuverability in tighter quarters, such as a home or building.

Viking Tactical School has it's long standing roots in the Houston Community. Born out of service and a commitment to training members in our community, we strive to empower Houstonians to defend themselves and their loved ones.
With decades of combined military, paramilitary, and law enforcement training to draw from, our students will leave with REAL WORLD knowledge that can be applied in a variety of self-defense situations.
The Viking has a spirit of self-reliance, boldness, and courage. It is this spirit we wish to impart upon our students.

We teach a balanced approach to weapons defense. We assess your individual skill level and teach to that level so you feel comfortable as you learn.

One class is not enough to solidify your training, so each of our classes is designed to build upon your prior training skill level.

Each of our instructors are trained in range safety and in providing a safe environment to learn in.
